I am a simple, straightforward person who values kindness, humility, progressiveness, respect and communication. I moved to Canada last year as a permanent resident. I work as a Technical Writer in a mid-sized software company. I enjoy listening to music, dancing, traveling and reading. I deeply care about animals and follow a vegan lifestyle. I have an 11-year-old son who currently doesn't live with me but may visit me regularly or even move in with me at some point. Religion and caste are non-issues for me as long as our wavelengths match.
I am a boho rustic who is warm, aware, and philosophically inclined. I read all day long to feed my curiosity. This constant curiousity about physical cosmology and anthropology has lead me to the best life and work experiences. Through travel and education, I find the sustenance required to tolerate the mainstream. Eventually, when I'm almost broke I come back to Canada and work for a while until I decide to travel again.
I enjoy yoga, walking around the city, and films. I read a lot and at any given moment I am teaching myself to do something new like learning ancient script, niche perfumery, or lately, a 14 step Moghul recipe that took 3 days to prepare. It was fun. I have love for music, fear of poorly made tea, and usually socialize with those who are like minded.
My lifestyle is humble and there is no room for snobbery. It should be stated that I quite enjoy and like my life as is so any addition to it must bring a lot of goodness. If it matters, I was married for a year a decade ago. Lastly, my gypsy-ness is all contained within a very proper, modest persona within a heavyset body - completely at ease in aging with grace and, hopefully, wisdom.
My daughter has completed her Master's degree. She is currently on PR in Canada looking for suitable job and she lives in Toronto. We come from an upper middle class, nuclear family background with traditional values.
